How we work

Whilst we have a structured approach to each client relationship, its important that you have full clarity of what to expect and when to expect it. You are likly to have slightly different requirements to our other clients because your business is unique. 

Project planning

Whether you come to us for a logo design or a full brand identity project planing is critical. We start by getting a detailed brief of your requirements this normally occurs as a combination of both a written brief and either a face to face meeting or phone conversation. From there we build a proposal laying out the fundamentals and ensuring that your aims align with what we envisage. Our proposals will always come with full and transparent pricing and we always include a contingency and just as a footnote, in five years we have never gone over budget on any agreed projects. On all our graphic design and web design work we will look for a 50% payment to start following the agreed time. 

Delivering the service

The team will work tirelessly to achieve what you are looking for at the minimal stress to you. We aim to collect as much information as is needed up front so your days aren't spent answering techie questions. As the work starts coming together you will recieve links and attachments in your email box with all the information you will need to make your decisions on finalising the artwork.  Whilst the project is live you should expect to hear from us at least once a week even if there is nothing to show you. Its important to understand where things are at and to ensure that we maintain a good relationship.

Once your happy -Testing and measuring

Its critical that we test the quality of all our services:

  1. if its a logo, how versatile is it, will it work in fax machine and what happens if we blow it up to the size of a bus?
  2. if its print design, is it the most effective use of colours and style can it be integrated into other mediums such as email campaigns or websites
  3. if its a website, is it standards compliant, is it accessible, does it work in all major web browsers.

We are also partner with market research firms to offer independent testing, this can be especially useful in assessing the values and messages associated with a chosen result.

Feedback

We are always keen to improve our service and as such we welcome your feedback so that we can improve our level of service to all our clients. And heres something a bit different we are also happy to reverse the process and reviewyou as a client. This can be useful in determining the best way you can move forward when working with a creative team. Not everyone we meet has had experience of design so if it helps you then were happy to provide it.
